  All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, or performance of these third-party services.   Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to Davision Marketing for Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta.
